Breaking: Senate Asks Custom CG, Hameed Ali to Resign

By Akinwale Kasali The Senate few minutes ago have asked the Comptroller General of Nigeria Customs Service, Col. Hammed Ali (retd.) to resign his appointment. The lawmakers made the call at the plenary on Wednesday, following the failure of Ali to honour the invite of the senate. Many of them , with the active connivance of Customs personnel  shortchanged the government through false declaration, transfer of values and under payment.
